This will be helpful if you want to create video lectures or other course content that uses the Apple Pencil — diagramming a sentence by hand, for example, or walking students through a chemistry equation.
This workflow uses QuickTime, a simple, user-friendly application built into iOS, so you won’t need to download additional software for this to work on a Mac. (Unfortunately, it also means this workflow isn’t supported on PCs.)
The iPad itself also includes a built-in screen recorder, but the above method may be preferable because it potentially removes an extra step for some users: transferring recordings from the iPad to your laptop.
