Title
Homage to the Square: In Green Frame
Subject
square; geometry; color; color theory
Description
Four squares contain one another. The innermost square is a rich earthy brown, followed by an indigo square, that being contained by an ocean blue, and the outermost square being a sea foam green. The finish of this piece gives it a watery appearance, in contrast to the uniformly pigmented pieces in the rest of the collection that have a more demonstrative quality about them.
