Five people pose for a portrait in a room. One sits at a piano with one hand on the keys, wearing a long dress. Another person sits on a chair and holds a younger child, both wearing long dresses. Another younger person leans against the back of the chair, not looking at the viewer, and wears a jacket and pants. The fifth person stands next to the chair with a hand on the back, wearing a long coat, vest, and pants. On the back wall a small painting hangs and there are toys on the floor.
