Due: Friday, May 3rd
Please share the link with aquigley@macalester.edu by 5 pm

Grade value: 35% of your final grade

We will scaffold the assignment as follows:

  • Friday, March 1st: Students will curate a hypothetical exhibition in teams. This exercise will help prepare you for the online exhibition assignment by giving you an opportunity to create connections between objects and think about the text that accompanies them.
  • Friday, March 8th: Selecting a topic. (5%)
Email Aisling (aquigley@macalester.edu) with a proposed topic for your online exhibition. You can change your topic after this date, but this is a good time to at least have an initial idea of a topic.
  • Friday, April 3rd: Introduction to CollectionBuilder
  • Friday, April 5th: (optional) Draft text of introduction
Email Aisling (aquigley@macalester.edu) with draft text of your introduction (300-400 words).
  • Friday, April 12th: Research Day
  • Wednesday, April 24th: Work Day
  • Friday, April 26th: Peer review. (5%)
